Whether you work in a hotel, university, office building or other elevator-equipped property, CEOP can help you describe specific oversight skills on a résumé or job application: tracking visits, reviewing supporting records and following up on open issues. Employers decide what qualifications they value; certification does not guarantee a job or a pay increase.
Member rate verification
A member number alone does not establish eligibility.
To receive the $149.95 rate, the candidate must identify the enrolled property and provide proof that they currently work there. NEOA will match the property to its active membership and verify the employment evidence before applying the discount.
An authorization letter from the property owner, general manager or human resources contact is preferred. NEOA may confirm it with the property using contact information already on file. If needed, a recent pay statement with pay, account and identification numbers redacted may be accepted through a secure upload. Do not submit a paycheck or payroll document by email.

- For the member rate, submit evidence through the secure registration process.
- Review exam terms and pay securely after eligibility is confirmed.
Only verified candidates receive the member rate. Exam scheduling and administration details will be provided when registration opens.
