One annual membership helps the property build a record, question unsupported charges and approach major work with better information. Actual savings vary; membership does not guarantee a specific reduction.

With two elevators, that is about $0.68 per elevator per day ($499.95 ÷ 2 ÷ 365, rounded).
Put the annual price in perspective
The annual property price is shared across the elevators you register. These figures divide annual dues by 365 days and by the number of elevators; they do not predict savings.
Daily rates are rounded to the nearest cent. The annual plan includes the first two elevators; each additional elevator adds $100 per year.
Annual membership is specific to one enrolled property. After payment and activation, a member may submit an individual assistance request with relevant records; a request does not guarantee consulting work. Formal training and individual consulting may carry separate charges. The complete membership agreement and an express acceptance checkbox will be shown before payment.
